What GradClutch is.
GradClutch is an independent academic support service for online students: tutoring, coaching, editorial support, exam preparation, research and IRB consulting, practicum and internship placement assistance, and week-by-week course support, delivered by credentialed specialists.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university named on this site. School names appear only to describe what our specialists know. You remain responsible for how you use our support within your program's policies.
Quotes and orders.
Every engagement starts with a free quote. The quote states the scope, the timeline, and the price; nothing is owed until you accept it. Work begins when the quote is accepted and the agreed payment or deposit clears. Anything not written in the quote is not part of the order.
Deadlines and delivery.
The delivery date on your accepted quote is a commitment. If anything threatens it, you hear from us early, not at the deadline. Where a deliverable arrives late for reasons on our side and no rescue is agreed, the affected portion of the fee is refunded.
Revisions and refunds.
Written deliverables include a free revision pass within seven days of delivery, against the original scope. Refunds beyond the late-delivery case are handled per order: tell us what went wrong at sos@gradclutch.com and a director, not a form letter, reviews it.
Confidentiality.
Your identity, your school, and the contents of your engagement are confidential. Specialists work under standing non-disclosure agreements. Published reviews and payout figures use initials or anonymous IDs only. Nobody at your school or your workplace ever hears from us.
Affiliate program.
The affiliate program is open to verified GradClutch alumni. Commissions accrue on completed, paid referred orders and pay out monthly; fraudulent, self-referred, or charged-back orders do not accrue. Program credit taken instead of cash carries the stated bonus and has no cash value. We may close an affiliate account that misrepresents the service; earned commissions on legitimate orders are paid out regardless.
The boring but necessary part.
The service is provided as described in each accepted quote, and our total liability on any order is capped at what you paid for that order. These terms, plus your accepted quote, are the whole agreement. If we update these terms, the version on this page at the time you accepted your quote is the one that governs it.
