The short version.
We collect what you type into our forms, we use it to reply to you and run the service you asked for, and we do not sell it or share it with your school. That is the whole model. The rest of this page is the same promise in more detail.
What we collect.
Quote requests: your name, email, program and school, the service you picked, and whatever you tell us about the situation. Newsletter signups: your email address. Affiliate applications: your name, email, where your audience lives, and the program you finished with us.
The site itself keeps no accounts, sets no tracking cookies of its own, and does not run third-party ad pixels. Standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) exist the way they do for every website, and rotate out on the host's normal schedule.
What we use it for.
To send you the quote you asked for, deliver the newsletter you subscribed to, or process the affiliate application you filed. Specialists see the details of your request on a need-to-know basis and every specialist is bound by a standing confidentiality agreement.
Your school and your employer are never contacted by us, about anything. Billing descriptors are discreet. If you refer someone through the affiliate program, the person you referred is never told who referred them, and you are never told more than an anonymous order credit.
What we never do.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not disclose client identities in reviews or marketing: receipts are published with initials or anonymous IDs only. We do not send marketing email to quote-request addresses; the newsletter goes only to addresses that subscribed to it.
Keeping and deleting it.
Request records are kept while your order is live and for our books afterward. Email sos@gradclutch.com from the address on file and we will delete your contact record and unsubscribe you from anything you are on. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
